We are delighted the Poet Laureate, Carol Ann Duffy, will officially open our Communications Hub by unveiling an artwork installation of her work by artist Stephen Raw in our library. She will also give a reading of her poetry in the theatre. Carol Ann has recently been shortlisted for the prestigious Galaxy Book Award 2011 for her collection of verse, The Bees, and we are honoured that she will be joining us for the occasion!
